User A has access to JIRA Issue, e.g. he is set as Assignee, he is set up as LDAP user, and he is part of several org chart groups that are also synced
Is it possible to configure access in such a way that anyone above User A in org chart can view tickets assigned to User A
@Andrzej Wielowieyski , do the people in the org chart above user A also have Jira access? If they do the easiest way for them to view the issues is to allow all users the view permission in the security scheme.

Let's assume they do have access, but this is a 'dynamic' feature that I am after.

Are you looking for them to be added as watchers or for security to be updated so only those users can see the issues of User A?

Adding as watcher would work, they only need to see the issues.
