Access to Jira, Bit Bucket, Jenkins

Hello All,

When we try to raise request for codecloud access to the mech id, receiving the following error message... we tried it with m59106 and also another one but both gave the same error. Can anyone help?

Seems like a bug in AOD.  I tried with one of my DCP mechids that we have added in the past and even that one is giving the same error message as your screenshot.  Please click the ? icon in the top right corner of AOD to log a ticket for this issue.

I am told that two things are needed to get access to Jira.

  1. Email ID - this is used in login page. So looks like mech id needs to have an email. Will find out how to raise one.

Once email id is available then an entry needs to be made in roster. This is not a problem as RTE can do once step 1 is done

Hello @Lucy Chien_ Chialing ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What you'll find is the Atlassian Community is a friendly place to ask your questions about any of the Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and the like.

What you're showing appears to be a different application.  Have you talked with your IT group?

Hi @Lucy Chien_ Chialing,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You have ended up in the community for Atlassian products, most likely because the application you are using uses one of Atlassian's products.
