Accessing Jira through Team

Hi All,

I am trying to use Jira Cloud via Microsoft team, but it always pop up using Chrome which is blocked by my company.

Since I am new, any way to actually change the default browser to Edge or Explorer? Thank you

Hi Hilda,

It's not a Jira Cloud setting, but a setting on your computer. I don't have experience with it myself, but was able to find a potential solution on the Microsoft team forums. 

Go to Control Panel > Default Programs.

Select 'Associate a file type or protocol with a program'.

Scroll (far) down to the 'Protocols' section and associate HTTP and HTTPS with your browser of choice.

You could give that a try.
