Account disabled - History

Hi there,

For some strange reasons I did discover that one of our client access to jira got disabled. The client was actively using Jira and got disappointed why suddenly the access to jira got removed. According to the our jira admins, nobody has done that. Is there a way to see in a log or history who, why or when this happened? Has someone else experienced the same?

Hi @Dev 

There is a way you can check who removed the user.

- Go to Jira Settings and click on Systems

- Click on Audit log

You can see users removed here, most likely, you will see user removed from group (Jira software or Jira service management, depends on which Jira you are using)
