Hello everybody!
We've just switched to Jira Cloud and our users are asking for functionalities that were working really well for them on the on-prem instance. One of these is the "Actions" (three dots icon) for the sub-tasks when they are viewing an issue.
This is what it used to be - notice the 3dots icon on the right side when you hover over the sub-task:
And this is how it looks now:
The Actions button was helpful as it helped transition, log time, etc. on the sub-task without having to open the sub-task
Please let me know if you have any ideas where to find and edit this option.
Many thanks in advance!
Gabriel
Hey @Gabriel Udvar
Cloud UI is a different one doesn't offer such flexible options yet, that action button(which is there in server/DC variant) is not there.
It allows editing of status & assignee on those sub-tasks without having to open it.

Vishwas
Hi Gabriel,
Not sure that Atlassian has plans to bring the two into sync with that function. However, you can transition the sub-task by clicking on the status and making the change. And, of course, you can click on the sub-task itself to be able to enter time.

Thank you both for the response !
My colleagues used to log time more easily on subtasks without having the need to open them in separate tabs and this was more convenient for them.
Hope that Atlassian will allow us to do this in the future.
Gabriel
