Activity Stream: Sorry, we cannot load this activity due to an error.

Recently, I have been seeing more and more entries in my activity stream that say, "Sorry, we cannot load this activity due to an error."

I can't find anything wrong with the issues that are showing this error. I've also ran an integrity check and indexing and still randomly see the error.

Any ideas?

I just encountered this error for the first time. It might have been related to the fact that I logged a defect with someone other than me as the reporter. Also added the reporter as a watcher.
