Activity Stream in Dashboard does not work

Activity Stream in Dashboard does not work in Korean. And no filter is applied.

Is it working for any other language ?

Maybe the language pack is not working well. 
Can you specify if this is for cloud or on-prem?

Also, some screengrabs would be good for community members to provide more information.

I'm using Cloud.
It works well in the English language.
I haven't checked other languages.

It is not loaded when entering the dashboard, and the same is refreshed.
If you click Refresh in the options, the list will appear but there will be an error in the filter.
"Item limit must be a number between 1 and 99."
However, there is no input box to enter an item, so I can't input and save it.
