Activity stream showing tickets a user should not have access to

I am running into a situation where users are seeing issues in their activity stream that they do not have access to. 

How do I fix this?

Hi @Brent Lee ,

 

IF they click on the ticket, can they see it? If they can, would recommend checking the permission of that project and see if that are members of a role or group for browse project  permission.
