ActivityTimeline - Board filter not matching same Board in Jira

We have an "Active Tasking" Jira Board for a subset of people in our unit. The board shows all tasking that is assigned to these people and in an active sprint. This board shows as an option in the ActiveTimeline Quick Filters. However, when selecting the filter, the number of tasks per person does not match the Jira board. For instance, employee EC has 40 tasks on the board in Jira, but only 2 in ActivityTimeline. 

We've performed a manual sync of all issues and the total number of tickets does not exceed 500 so should not be an issue for showing tickets at the bottom of the panel.

Any suggestions as to why the board tickets don't match?

Thank you for your question.

There could be multiple reasons why not all of the issues are displayed on the left panel.
Here are some of them:

  1. there are other filters selected like (displaying of Unresolved issues only)
  2. the lack of user permissions (or user role) to see specific issues inside the app
  3. not all of the Board issues were synchronised

In any case, I would recommend to reach out to the support team at https://reliex.com/support (including some screenshots).
