Add Create Issue to board status

On team managed boards we are able to input a create issue transition which allows for a shortcut to appear on the first status column on the board under the last issue. We were wondering if that could be implemented on a company managed board.

I tried to go to the workflow and input the below workflow property on the create transition on the company managed board, but it does not show up still.

I guess this is not possible out of the box. here is one suggestion raised to have this button on company managed boards also:
