Is there a way to add the reporter fields to Incident Table?
I would like to make a sort of join between the two tables in order to aggregate in a filter all Incidents and all the user information (like the site and legal identity).

So, to make easier than before , i want to create a filter who permit to show the user organitation and country as a column in incident filter

That information is not recorded on the ticket, that is only recorded on each user's profile.
If you wanted to add that information to a ticket then you would need to create custom fields that the user filled in each time

I Liam i supposed that was the only solution, i would like to avoid that the SD miss to complete the field... but if is the only solution i can't do anything. Thx

Unfortunately that would be the only solution.
What would could do is use a drop down box so the SD doesn't need to type, and make it a required field so they don't miss it.
