We're adding team members who will only work on certain issues on our projects and for security reasons we need to hide issues dependent on set security levels.
I've created an issues security scheme with 2 levels, full & restricted. Select roles are set at the restricted level, I've also tried to add individual users.
In the new issue view I can't get the security level to show for the life of me. If I configure the issue screen the field doesn't show. I've tried to add it on where it says to add fields, it shows that its added, yet still doesn't show on the configure issue screen. Following the issue view instructions keeps leading me in a roundabout loop to the same place.
All team members need to be able to set the security level of issues. If not possible then at least team members who have full access.

Please check in the permissions that you have the Set Issue Security Permission.
