Hi. A customer submits a request that includes the Start Date. When I assign the request to an agent I want it to generate a comment in the ticket that states "Start Date of this request is _________ and refers to the start date that client submitted.
It seems the formatting I'm using with email will not work with formatting used by Adding a comment in project automation. Sorry if this is such a simple task but can't seem to find anything on this topic. Thanks.

Thanks Fabian and thank you especially for the reference links. Looks like my issue was that {{issue.startdate}} isn't a valid field at least according to the reference table. (It refers to created date and due date only here) I modified the form to use Due Date instead and labeled it as "Start Date" on the client request form. It's working as desired now.
If {{issue.startdate}} is a valid field any idea as to what I'm doing wrong. We are not on the cloud version so is it possible a discrep between that and server version?
