Hi, I am using the free version of Jira Software (Cloud). I tried to add my colleague to one project, but Jira added him to all my projects.
1- How can I remove him from the other projects?
2- How can I add a member to only one project?
Hi Omid,
if memory serves with free all users will have access to all projects. I will see if I can find a reference confirming.
Here is a post confirming - User-Permissions-for-free-subscription
the issue is that all users are admin in free.

Sorry, I am pretty new to Jira, and I've just figured out that there are main projects and subprojects in each category/main project.
If I add my colleagues in one category, can they see other projects in the other categories?

Hi,
Check out the Global permission - there you might have added your colleague to the roles.
Else, check out the permission scheme associated with the project (in project settings) - the scheme might have the user too.

Thank you for your reply. I checked both, but I couldn't figure it out.
