Yes it is possible . You will have to create a plugin with web panel plugin module

If you go to the page @Mizan linked to, you'll find all the developer documentation there. Most of that space is dedicated to answering "how do I create a plugin?". You'll need to read around it, but that's the best answer you'll get for such a general question. Of course, if you get stuck, feel free to ask, but make sure you've at least tried to read the docs first.
