Add links to an issue - such an option does not exist

Hello! I am wondering how am I going to be able to add links to an issue?

I've just created a New project and there is no 'More>Links' option in there.

How do I switch it on?

Thanks beforehand!

Make sure your user has the "User" privileges. The Privileges are not additional, if you have the Developer or Admin role you don't have automatically the "lesser" privileges. You need to have all roles (including User) to use all JIRA functions.

Check that issue linking is enabled in Admin -> Issue links

Then check the permission scheme for the project to make sure you have permission to create links.

You should post this rather as a comment, not an answer.
