How to determine the number of licenses required as some one to one with JIRA & Confluence.

Add-on licences need to match the number of users you have licenced in the system you have added them to. 

When looking at JIRA, you might have JIRA Core, JIRA Software and JIRA Service Desk installed and licenced separately.  The add-on licence needs to match the highest of the three, not the sum.
