Hi! I want to add a rule that adds a smart checklist template when I set a field condition. What rules should I use?
Hello @lara_fernandez
Thank you for your question! Illia here from TitanApps team 👋
We have a pretty extensive documentation regarding how you can add checklist on various conditions utilising Automation for Jira. We highly recommend looking through it to find the one that suits your workflow.
In case your use case goes beyond what we have described in the article, our team would like to take a closer look at the specifics. Feel free to contact us at support@titanapps.io or submit a ticket here 🙂
Hi @lara_fernandez -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Different marketplace apps for checklists implement them in different ways.
Please find the vendor's page in the marketplace, and check the support tab for their documentation link. With that information, they likely will provide examples of using automation with their checklist field.

@lara_fernandez Welcome to the community!
When i set a field condition? this is seomthing you can verify the value of that provided custom field and if the condition matches then the rule move ahead and do the rest of tha action.
However, to run the rule there should be some trigger you need to add likewise, work item created, field vlue upadated etc
If you share that then its very to add the smart checklist.
Thank you

Hi @lara_fernandez ☺️, If you're open to using an app for your cloud instance, I believe Templating.app could be a great solution.
