Add text header (gadget) on Dashboard

I would like to add some header text to our JIRA dashboard. It seems like a gadget that alows captions/header text to be entered would be useful. Is there anyway to do this?

You could use the TEXT GADGET on the dashboard (http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Adding+the+Text+Gadget)

Thanks! This works. But like any other gadgets, can't be resized. Please let us resize the gadgets and remove the concept of layout.
