Good afternoon,
I'm running into an issue with my team's project and I've been bashing my head tying to find a solution for some time now.
I have two issue types within my project, LOCAL and REMOTE.
Within each issue type, I have a cascading select menu for digging down to find the exact issue the ticket is being made for. For example:
Issue Type: LOCAL
Cascading Menu Option 1 (Parent Option: SERVER ISSUE
Cascading Menu Option 2 (Child Option): SERVER OFFLINE
I need to concatenate these two sets of drop downs, from the separate issue types, and pull statistics to each via a chart. I would like to see who has updated how many tickets from each issue type, split up in a pie chart by the options selected in the cascading menu.
Is it possible to bind these two cascading select fields into a single statistic source somehow?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
I'm not aware of concatenating the two custom fields, but I would suggest the 'Two Dimensional Filter Statistics' gadget.
