Adding Criticality to Jira issues

How to add Criticality level to Jira tasks, like there is priority today?

You would need to create a custom field with the levels you wish to capture as a choice field.

A quick guide:

1. Navigate to JIRA Administration > Issues.
2. Select Custom fields
3. On the top right corner, select 'Add custom field'
4. A wizard will pop up. Select type, e.g. 'Select List (Single choice)'
5. Configure the custom field with a list of values to use
6. Add newly created field to all screens that will edit the value
