My colleague who is an administrator of a project cannot add watchers to jiras.
He used to be able to do that but it suddenly disappeared.
Any idea how to fix it?
It's not clear from this image if the user has the option to manage watchers - to do this they need to click on the number of watchers (the blue circle with a numeric digit in it) and if they have the right permissions they'll be able to:
If these options are not available you'll need to edit the project's permission scheme - to do this you'll need to be a Jira Admin and then:
^ This should resolve the issue. Just remember that if this is a permission scheme for multiple projects, changing the permission will impact all of them.

To start,
1 - Please check if the field is in your screen scheme. (as admin you can user the the option Admin in th top midle in your pic)
2 - Check the Permission scheme, watcher options. See for who this option is enabled, verify if your collegue bellongs to the permission group.
