Adding a Feature panel and adding feature as higher hierarchy in JIRA

I would like to add feature and clus some epics under feature in JIRA. Also have a feature panel that shows feature same as Epic and version on BAcklog board. Could you please help me out?

You'll need to find or write a Connect add-on to do that.

I am also facing an issue with clubbing the epics under feature . I would like to have hierarchy like feature->epic->story->task. I am on JIRA Cloud.

I'm not sure I can. You're asking for new functionality, so you need to find something that can add it.

Your expanded question mentions features, which I suspect you can probably do by adding the Portfolio add-on to Cloud (it adds lots of stuff though)
