Adding a custom field instead of Description filed

Hello,

Is it possible to remove Description field from issue view and add a custom field instead of that? See a screenshot attached to this message.

I don't think it's a good idea to remove a description standard field to place a custom field. In fact, my question is why do you need a custom field instead of using the description Jira field.

You can not remove the description field from the screen

@jevgeni.pakin  , Yes it is possible. You can control the fields in the project , provided you have the admin privileges.  You can find them and control, through field configuration window.
