IS there any way I can add columns to the backlog view, I'd like to display the stage the ticket (Change) is at as well as the estimated effort to deliver the Change.
the Backlog itself does not offer that, to my knowledge. You could open a sprint to organized your changes. If they have a due date, a sprint would be recommended.
My alternate solution would be to use a dashboard to monitor those entrys.
