Adding jira service desk to jira software

I already have jira service desk and i have issues from customers there. I want to add service desk to jira software. How can i do it? I tried in settings>applications>integrations>application links, but it didn't work. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Adam

You need to upload the Jira ServiceDesk application into the Jira Software instance.
