I am new to workflows and followed  a video to set a simple one up:

It should now be active, although I am not sure it is? See:

Now, at the moment I only have "Done" and all issues to date are simply marked as Done. How do I use these "Done Statuses"? I would like things like Completed, Won't Fix, On Hold etc.

You will need to update the workflow to add the statuses such as Completed, Won't Fix, On Hold

It sounds like you want to set the resolution when moving to done, so when an issue is in that status it will look something like this:

In order to do that you will have to add a screen to the transition to Done, and on that screen you need to add the field Resolution.

Hi. I created a "Done Status" and then afterwards configured my board by dragging that status column into into the Done column and removed the obsolete column.
