Hi,
I'd like to add more custom fields to our helpdesk feature but I cannot find the correct fields to get more information from the customer before referring to the tech team. I would like to add the following
Issue - short text box
Radio button - have you contacted us before with this issue
I've read a number of similar questions but there is no option to add another text field when there is two in place. I was using label before I realised it wasn't a text box.
None of the other add field options are suitable

You are into project admin section.
You need jira admin section. I am not good into Jira cloud. So I would reccomend to create now question "How to create custom field on JIRA Cloud"
