Adding workflow columns in Agile Classic Task Board Mapping based on criteria in addtion to Resolution

My project would like to add a column to our Task Board Workflow based on a given label AND Resolution, is this possible? Can any other criteria be used to define these columns other than Resolution?

Columns are based on Statuses, not fields. You may have a case to add a new status, rather then trying to use labels.

i.e. "Blocked" is a common status I see in workflows.
