Before I go ahead with my 4 questions, I want to state that I am using a Team-Managed Project and one single default board for my project. Below are my questions.
1. I want to see Epics and its details (in bullet points or visualized manner or any representable manner) in the Summary section of my project. How do I do this?
2. I added an issue type 'Bug', later I added issue type 'Epic' and 'Story'. I did not find any problem here. But now, when I want to remove the issue type 'Story', I don't find an option.
The aim is that the users should not get an option 'story' to create.
3. I have created a team-filter manually which denotes specialized teams associated with the project. Each team will have multiple stories. I want to display the stories based on their specific team in Summary page. How do I do that?
How did I create the team-filter? - I went to Project Settings>>Work Types>>Entered any one work type>>Create a field>>Chose Dropdown>>Gave it a name>>Under Options gave all the Teams name which I wanted to create>>Save. Did this to the other work types (Bug and Story) as well.
4. Some of my colleagues could not see ticket result if they apply filters (like team-filter) in spite of having tickets under that specific team-filter. I can see the results correctly though. Similarly they are not able to see the associated epic summary with stories in the main page (under Board, in the square boxes). Why is that?
