Hello, our colleague who held the Jira admin role has left the company. When I look at the Jira profile, I see the message "ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED." Since there are no other members with admin privileges, I am unable to perform any actions on the account. How can I proceed with setting up new authorizations or changing the account? Thank you.

This would require you to reach out to Atlassian, as you are on a free plan you are not allowed
You would need to switch temporarily to the cloud standard plan (14-day trail). Raise an issue and after it's resolved, switch back to free.
