Admin user but no delete function for a screen

I'm trying to remove a screen no longer used as an Admin.  Where there was a workflow listed there is only a bullet point but its blank and i do not have an option to delete the screen. What could be the issue?

Have you made sure that the screen is not associated with a screen scheme or a workflow transition?
