Our Jira/Confluence administrator has forgotten her password and the email associated with the password reset is also not receiving any password reset emails.Is there a way to associate the admin with new email or get a temporary password trough other means.Please help

Was your Jira/Confluence administrator the only person who had Organization Administrator permissions? If you have another Organization Administrator, that person can make another user an administrator for the products.
