Is it possible to get Advance roadmap ( Or similar to it) in JIRA software If I don't have premium option. ?

Advanced Roadmaps is a planning feature available in Jira Software Premium designed for planning and tracking initiatives involving multiple teams and projects. The timeline is a planning view available in all Jira Software plans designed for planning and tracking work within a single team and project.

Depending on what you want, the planning view may be enough for your needs. There are apps available on the Atlassian marketplace, such as Easy Agile Roadmaps for Jira, which you can look into as an alternative.
