Advanced Roadmap: How to view sprint capacity vs allocated work during Sprint Planning?

Hello! 

I am trying to set up a Plan using Advanced Roadmaps. Is there a way to show how much is allocated to the sprint vs how much capacity the team has. 

For e.g. the team has 5 members and in a sprint of 10 days, total team capacity is 400 hours. I want to see if the items added to the sprint are above or below 400 hours. 

If not Advanced Roadmaps, is there any other way to see this in Jira?

Have you considered using an app? I believe our Team Planner offers exactly what you're looking for - you can easily create a sprint plan, add issues on a timeline, and get a summary of all allocated tasks - both by hours and story points.
