I'm trying to resolve an issue for one of my users concerning a 'This page isn't responding' popup (see attachment)
When she tries to open an issue via a search in Advanced Roadmap she gets this error. It occurs only with this project plan, not for other plans. Her fellow team members (and myself) do not have the problem and configuration of rights is identical.

The issue has been resolved in the meanwhile. According to the user she only has the issue when the issue column isn't wide enough to show (at least the search word?) the summary (title) of the issue. Tested for myself and effectively the search resulted in a pop-up or not depending on the width of the first column of the plan (key + summary).
Given it's only for one user, and not everyone - I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Support in this instance.
