We have a single project with a single scrum board. We are using Advanced Roadmaps and have multiple plans such that each plan is for a particular Initiative. The issue sources are defined to include the board and a filter for the Initiative. However, whenever issues are created on another Initiative via another plan, those issues show up on all the plans. To remove this new issues from the current plan, we have to step through the "Edit issue sources" process again and exclude those new issues. How do we setup the issue sources for a plan so only issues under a particular filter are included? (We have to include the board so that we have the sprints available in the plan.)
Hi @Ron Caylor
I'd remove the Kanban board as an issue source and modify your filter to include for the initiative and to check if the issue in the Kanban board that the plan is specifically for.
This would reduce the need to have two issue sources and would prevent projects and issues from showing up on a Plan that you don't want them to.
Hope this helps.

We are using a scrum board, not Kanban. We need to have the scrum board as an issue source in order to utilize the sprints defined on the board in the plan.
