I have 2 factor authentication enabled for jira. Using my auth app to generate a 6 digit code to login. But recently few of my users have changed their devices and cannot seem to add jira back onto their authenticator app. How can I add it?
@Md_ Abrarul Huda You will have to follow the instruction found here under the You don't have your phone or can't access your authentication app for two-step verification
https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/login-issues-related-to-two-step-verification/
I am assuming that they do not have access to their old phone so they will need to follow those steps. If that does not work for them, they will have to contact Atlassian support to get MFA disabled so they can set it up again.
@Md_ Abrarul Huda Can you visit to admin.atlassian.net --> Directory --> users and select user for which you want to reset the 2FA and click on reset 2 step verification. This should allow users to re-configure th 2fa in their authentication app.

Also, please take a look at the below article this may help you to access the account without verification code, that is using recovery key etc.

All I see is reset password option. No 2fa reset option for user available from the directory.
