After installation of Jira 5.0 trail, I cannot use jira, but I always get a HTTP Status 500.

After installation of Jira 5.0 trail, I cannot use jira, but I always get a HTTP Status 500.

Logfiles show Caused by: com.atlassian.jira.util.dbc.Assertions$NullArgumentException: jiraLicenseService should not be null!. What can I do?

Hello Marcus,

Is JIRa connected with an external DB or it is with default HSQL db?

Also to have a clear idea of root cause of the issue, can you attach the log file of JIRA.

It's the default installation using the bin-installer. So it's HSQL.
