I did not find any known outages that might account for the error you reported here. So I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-898717

If you could, please provide some additional details about the error you encountered within that support case. A screenshot and date/times of these events could help our support team to better understand the problem here.
