After migrating to cloud test executions are not showing under test cycles

We have migrated to cloud, after migrating in zephyr squad, test executions are not showing under test cycles in zephyr squad. In the below screenshot sprint 47 is the test cycle, it is not showing any test executions even it has one execution against it which you can see in the below screenshot, however once we update status in the test executions screenshot it was automatically updating in test cycle. Could you please help us in showing the test executions under test cycles as it was on our prem

Hello there,

Glad to see you have migrated to the Cloud.

We may need to take a closer look through a support ticket.

But one thing I can suggest is to run Squad reindexes, as described in our public documentation.

Also, confirm that you selected Zephyr Squad in JCMA's migration plan. The Test Cases are part of the Jira migration since they are Jira issues. In order to migrate Squad, you need to select it in the app section.
