After providing details in the NFeed field,once we click create button-issue is not getting created

After entering all the values along with the including Nfeed custom field value,once we click create issue button,issue is not getting created.Only for the request which is using nfeed,the issue is not getting created.Please suggest the solution.

Do you have an error message or something like that? Without more details about your issue, I won't be able to provide a relevant solution I'm afraid.

The best thing to do would be to look into the Jira log file. Maybe you could open a ticket in our support platform and share the log?
