Agent license

We have several projects and agent license group for this projects.

For ex: there is agent license group(for editing issues,execute some transitions)named as jira-servicedesk-users.

jira-servicedesk-users group contains 37 users.

The problem is: How can I show a report which contains users who mostly and less uses agent license for editing or handling(executing transitions) issues.

Hi Jamil,

Natively you cannot track any agent using the less JSD agent role but i also working about this case for find the best method to identify them...
