Agile Board Configuration - Limit Column View by User Type

I need to know if I can hide some columns on a board by user type. An example of inteneded usage:

- Designers and Developers only see the columns pertinent to them.

- Management and QA can see the whole board.

Maybe there is a sence to create three boards - one for designers, one for developers and other for management / QA?

That doesn't make a lot of sense for us as our projects are short lived and we have many going on at once.
