In my case it load the stories, however, I see text or the same stories overlap the colored panel

It might be something wrong with plugin? It is the same accross several browsers

Could you raise a support ticket in support.atlassian.comand attach a screenshot of this problem so we can have a better overview of the issue?

In advance, you may check if there is anything configured in your announcement banner section, which may be breaking the layout of JIRA. To test this, remove the content of your announcement banner and check if the issue persist.
