Agile board stuck

We cannot do much in BCM agile board. sprint 3 is expired without doing any work on Jiras assigned to it. Sprint 4 is available, but I cannot make it active.
Current filter shows issues in Navigator:
project = FND AND component = BCM AND "Target Release" in ("5.0.0.0 ", "5.0.0.0 SS") ORDER BY Rank ASC

Nothing obvious in the logs. We cannot make the sprint active

Or if you close Sprint 1 they will be auto moved to sprint 2 I believe. Then you can start Sprint 2 and so on...

I would agree with Nic, and add that when you close Sprint 3, all issues not completed (as defined by your done column configuration) will be moved automatically to Sprint 4.

Did you move all of the work out of the Sprint? Is the Complete sprint option still there?

Under WORK no sprint shows active. Unable to close sprint three. We do not have the option to close sprint 3

No we never moved the work out. We craeted it without doing any work on it. It expired. The Complete option is NOT THERE. No sprints active

Is the "Start Sprint" greyed out for Sprint 4 or would it be possible for you to start Sprint 4 if you wanted too?

No there is no greyed out start sprint on sprint 4. It is only visible on Sprint 1

Did you ever start sprint 3? It sounds like sprint 1 is the sprint you are on. If you move issues into sprint 1 and start it you can change the dates. If I am understanding you correctly.

Did you start and complete sprint 1. Have you started sprint 2?

Yes we move issues to Sprint 1 and started it. There was a permission issue.

Sprint 2 needs to have issues dragged over before it can be started

Sounds like you need to close sprint three, then you should be able to proceed with sprint four.
