I have not been able to see any attachments in tickets since the latter half of last week. All continue to say "Preview unavailable".
I spoke with others in my organization, and they are not experiencing this. I have refreshed the pages, restarted my computer, and logged out of Jira and back in but nothing seems to work.
Hi Jillian - Did you get this taken care of? What was the solution?
It's possible that firewall restrictions are causing the issue. Can you try accessing from a different browser, a private window, or without VPN to see if that resolves the problem?
