All my projects and issues are gone?

Yesterday in the evening i called my jira-installation over the browser. But it didn't asked me for a password, it says "Oops. There went anything wrong". At the next call of my jira-installation, it asked me for my surname and familyname and what the name of the jira-installation should be.

After this: All projects are gone and all issues are away.

What is happened?

Now, Jira looks more modern.  A little bit different.

Before the crash the Version 8.10 was installed.

I don't know, what i have to do now, to rescue my data.

Can you please help me?

Hello,

I guess you reinstalled your Jira. Have a look at the jira home/export directory. There can be old backups.

yes, i could get my data from of the backup.

I've had this problem 3-4 times.

After updating to the next newest version, the problem was gone and everthing works fine again.
