Hi, 

I'm kind of desperate here, I sync our account with GSuite but it started to sync all out user, event the ones that are not jira users which move our account to the next level and gave us a big invoice, so to prevent this I created a Suite group and include myself (administrator of jira and Gsuite into that group) then, when those accounts sync I lost all permissions and anybody can access to Jira tools and I'm not able to revert that change as it says that my access has been revoked and that I need to contact the administrator... the thing is... I'm the administrator, can someone give a hint on how to solve this? 

 

I include myself in the Suite group and gave me admin access through there as well.

I recommend to contact the Atlassian Support. They should be able to help you regaining access to your instance.
