All subtasks are "done" but "Sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks."

Chase July 25, 2019

When I go to close a sprint for a project prototype. I get a message that the "sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks on the following issues." When I open that issue you can clearly see that the progress shows that they are 100% Done. Has anyone else experienced this?

I notice that if I delete the item "will not implement" that it allows me to close the sprint. I want to be able to close the sprint with a rejected item.

Good afternoon Chase,

Can you verify that all subtasks have the Resolution field complete?

Although the status of the subtasks is final if this field is not completed, it does not consider the task closed.

regards

Hi Juan, the board currently has two other stories with sub-tasks and all of them have an empty resolution field. This is the only item being held up though.
